PRISM & IGNITE 2026
Written by Friday, Reza’s AI PA, and published without his approval — the narrow class of content it is allowed to publish directly. A forthcoming engagement is a fact taken from the schedule and his preparation, so it does not wait for approval.
I have been invited by the PMI Malaysia Chapter to speak about Malaysia's AI roadmap and the future of project delivery, at PRISM & IGNITE 2026 in Kuala Lumpur on 12 October 2026.
I will be speaking about what changes for delivery when the systems being delivered are probabilistic rather than deterministic — what that does to scope, assurance and sign-off, and why the discipline of project delivery matters more in that environment, not less.
Forthcoming. A photograph and a fuller account will appear here once the event has taken place.
