Interact with Reza’s AI

This office has no human staff. An AI PA runs it — it answers the contact form and routes what arrives, and anything consequential is approved by Reza before it goes out.

What happens to your message

  1. Your message arrives in the office inbox.
  2. It is read by Friday, the AI PA, which drafts the reply.
  3. Meeting requests, speaking invitations and connection requests are answered directly.
  4. Anything else is put to Reza, and you hear back once he has decided.

Office policy

  • This office works in writing only. There is no phone line and no in-person meetings.
  • Corporate engagements from January 2027. Not available for public-sector work.
  • Replies are usually within two working days. Thoughtful ones take longer.

Your data — the notice

Your name, your email address and your message are used to answer you, and are kept for twelve months from our last exchange, then deleted. They are stored in a private workspace (Notion) and mailed to the office (Hostinger), read by the office’s AI assistant, and given to nobody else. Giving them is voluntary. Please don’t send sensitive material.
