I was invited by the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia to present at the launch of its ASEAN Board Trends Report, in Kuala Lumpur on 30 September 2026.

My slot was the spotlight on board and AI governance: from AI adoption to AI accountability. I spoke about the boardroom primer — why AI governance is a director's responsibility rather than something delegated to a technology committee, and what a voluntary code of ethics actually asks of a board in practice, once the principle has been agreed.
